Compared to the competition, the F-150 holds the edge. The Chevy Silverado 1500 maxes out at 18 mpg city and 21 mpg highway, and the Ram 1500 does slightly better at 20 mpg city and 25 mpg highway. But neither of them offers the hybrid tech that Ford brings to the table. If you want a truck that works hard but doesn’t burn through fuel, the F-150 Hybrid is your best bet.
