They set off the alarm for my daughters blow and go and it costs us an extra $80 to have it recalibrated. They refused to offer any future discount for the mess up. They claimed they knew how to deal with them but obviously did not. Will not go back

We were told the explorer was AWD. Reading my book and the emblem on the car says 4WD. we were also told there wasn't a spare tire and the four tires on the car were self sealing. We also found ours spare tire when we got home. Also no dealing on price even with our cash offer. Messaged online, got a response, then he stopped responding. Messaged again online, got a response from different person. Finally scheduled test drive for next day. The online salesperson sends you to an in store salesperson. So i ended up having multiple online salespeople messaging me plus the in store salesperson messaging me. Reed was not pushy at all, super chill, real, and allowed me the time I needed to think on this decision which was huge for me. He was informative and helpful. It was literally the best buying experience I’ve ever had with a sales person. Dennis was also very kind, attentive to explain things if needed, and talked to me like an equal. Both of them made me feel very comfortable in the experience.
I had done my research and went in with an appointment to look at a specific vehicle. Sales staff was friendly and easy to work with. Typical buying experience which took about 2.5 hours overall. However, you may want to shop around for parts. I called the parts department a week later and was quoted $140 over Ford’s published msrp of $200. Contacted a different local dealer and was quoted the same part number below msrp at $180 including tax.

Oil change was ok no issues. The facility itself is rough no attention cleanliness of the waiting room or the entire show room. Bare bones operation. They should take some time and clean and paint.
Sean was great. I was an out of state buyer. Extended travel to retrieve the pick up. Sean had all fluids personally checked. Topped off. Vehicle 100% ready to go. My time at the dealership was literally minutes then I was back on the road…headed home…with my new truck. Seamless

The tech missed up but Kiley stepped up to the plate and made the out come a good experience she called me first thing in the morning I mean like 7:20am and then worked with me throughout the day keeping me informed! Cody was our guy. He was definitely quick to get back to us. We had already picked out our vehicle so it made it pretty easy. Everything was fine until we had to wait for the finance dept.
