Dealership easy to find, park, and enter. Stay easy to find, but not all were proactive to welcome/ assist immediately as I entered. Environment was clean and orderly. Waiting area warm, comfortable and had common snacks/ drinks, but not posh as maybe would've been found, if I had chosen to go instead to suggested Lincoln service center.
Emily was very informative and gave us as a buyer an exceptional experience. Our questions were solidly answered.and she threw in extra facts we never knew. The was not as described, but the dealership did pay over $500 to get the car properly repaired and the customer service and communication was good through out the whole situation. I had an overall good experience but I would recommend doing a more in depth inspection than normal on the vehicle. With this in mind I would recommend them as a dealer as fessed up to there mistake and corrected it.

I’m giving a 4. My vehicle was sold with only one key fob. I was told the other one would be there at the end of January. Note I’m being told the end of February. Let’s hope I don’t loose the one I have

Work was performed at my home office, and when follow up work was needed, my husband got my car right in the following week and even received a courtesy ride home! My first experience at Corwin Ford did not go as quickly or as well as expected. It took several weeks to resolve problems with some of the electronic modules. I posted a review online about my poor experience and I rated this visit at one star. The main problem was Ford Tech Support was ill-prepared to detect and diagnose a firmware corruption issue in a timely manner. My second experience at Corwin Ford went very well. It just took a couple of days to resolve an easily repeatable problem with the front wheel hubs and to replace the malfunctioning parts. ...

The sales staff is great! They’re very personable and they aren’t pushy at all. They gave me a square deal on used Tesla. I would have given 5 stars except they didn’t have the previous owner do a factory reset when they brought the Tesla in on trade which caused a lengthy hassle for me. Tesla is very strict about transferring ownership and even a Tesla service shop cannot circumvent the process. So I owned the vehicle but could not access many features INCLUDING paid charging stations!! Big problem…I fixed it by tracking down the previous owner. ...

My experience with Corwin Ford started by visiting their website. Their website is user friendly and has info about their vehicles including pricing. There is a chat option which I tried. I quickly realized that I was not chatting with someone at Corwin so I asked to chat with someone there. I was not transferred to the dealership. I ended the chat after not getting the info I wanted and left a bad google review. I decided to give the folks at Corwin a chance. We had a tricky software glitch with our Sync system. It took a few trips to get figured out but the staff at Corwin was persistent and got us back up and running like new. Kolten as our service advisor was very kind and patient, keeping in constant contact with us to update us over a few weeks while they searched for a solution. Kolten also worked with our warranty from another Ford dealer to get our services covered. While the repair was no fun, it was done in the most professional way possible by the folks at Corwin Ford. ...

Great Dealer to work with. They don't pressure you and make you feel welcomed. Corwin did in 1 day what the other dealer in my area would have taken a couple of days to do. They matched the price of the other dealer service charge, thank you. They were able to get in the next day when the other would have taken 6 weeks to get in for service. We ended up purchasing a new car from them also. That you sales department for accommodating us through this process.

It's hard to find good customer service in this day and age, especially with dealers. I bought a 2023 f150 from Kyle in January 2024 and had a rock jam between my brake and caliper in summer of 2024 to where the truck was basically undriveable. They had my truck towed in and the rock removed immediately. Other, closer Ford dealers wouldnt see my truck for nearly a month out. Can't recommend them enough.

Great experience overall. Worked with Kyle remotely over a period of months as I was ordering a custom truck. He was super helpful with decision on packages. Purchase day went very smooth, Darren (sp?) with finance was kind and lacked high pressure tactics which is always greatly appreciated. Have purchased a variety of vehicles and this was arguably the smoothest experience I’ve had.
Not many people look forward to bringing their vehicles in for service and it's understandable. Corwin service advisors have always exceeded my expectations and I actually do look forward to visiting them. Highly recommend Corwin of Spokane!
