3. I came in for an oil change but my oil life was not reset. Leaves me asking if the oil did get changed? Hopefully they just forgot to re set it.

I asked 350 was given back to me with the tire pressures all wrong 85 on the front and 65 on the back we hold competitive horses that cost hundreds thousands of dollars this could've been incredibly dangerous for the horses
Matt has been a champion at handling a manufacturing issue with my original tonneau cover. It fell apart 3 times. He got me a new one each time, finally one that is made better. He also has handled my accessories for each truck and has done so professionally. I requested to him my cash deposit be held toward the accessories requested and it was done. He knows his Fords and accessories.
Waited for 3 hours for a standard oil change. Had to reach out to the service advisor with the text to get an update because the status tracker was not updated. No reason given for the delay in time.
There was a safety recall with the back up camera. My camera doesn't work so why don't they just fix it. ???

It was so nice to have the Mobile Unit come to my Retirement Complex to work on my car for the Rear Camera Recall. I am 78 years old and really do not enjoy driving to a dealership Service center and try and find someplace to wait around for the Service to be completed.

Dissapointed in the accountability that this dealership takes over its mistakes and wrong doings. After a suppose 172 point inspection. We got car home noticed back brake rotors grooved in multiple places took car back and was told it happened after inspection. I would think after a 172 point inspection I wouldn't find this on car. Was told dont worry about grooves they will wear down. I feel the rotors were overlooked because other repairs had to be made on car. Now I am left to pay to get rotors fixed. I dont believe car lives up to its gold certification.

When I got to the dealer to pick up the truck that we already worked a deal out for I found the damage on the grill and bracing. They tried to take a little off the top (not enough to cover the cost of the repair) but I would only purchase the truck if they would fix it, which was a struggle. 0 communication, 0 help in figuring out any options for transportation when the dealership kept my car for an additional 4 days when they broke a part on install and had no replacement part on hand. Additionally, it became apparent I was going to buy a new vehicle after the diagnosis, I asked for guidance in the sales dept, Ethan basically blew it off and said he would leave me a card for someone in my paperwork, which did not happen

The issue was not fixed! My driver side passenger door does not sit correctly. The seems don't match up and the catches when you open it. That why it was sent in. That issue was not fixed!
